01Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using EdgePrep ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

If you are using EdgePrep on behalf of a student under 18, you confirm that you are their parent or guardian and accept these terms on their behalf.

02Eligibility & accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity that occurs under your account.

• One account per person. Sharing accounts is not permitted.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• We may suspend accounts that contain false information or are used in breach of these terms.

03Use of the service

Subject to these terms, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use EdgePrep for your own exam preparation. This license does not allow you to resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit any part of the Service.

04Content & intellectual property

All materials on EdgePrep — including the question bank, mock exams, explanations, and platform design — are proprietary to us or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or publish them without permission.

EdgePrep is an independent study platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any school, university, or testing body whose entrance exams we help you prepare for.

05Acceptable use

When using EdgePrep, you agree not to:

• Attempt to access another user's account or our systems without authorization.
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to extract content.
• Upload malicious code or interfere with the Service's operation.
• Misuse the report feature to submit false or abusive reports.

06Refund & cancellation policy

Refund eligibility by plan

To protect the integrity of our practice materials and prevent system abuse, our refund windows vary based on the subscription tier you select:

• 1-Month & 3-Month Plans: You are eligible for a full refund within 7 calendar days of your initial purchase date, provided you have not completed a significant portion of the mock exams.
• 7-Day Pass: Due to the short-term nature of this plan, purchases of the 7-Day Pass are non-refundable once you have logged in and accessed the question bank or mock exams. If you experience a technical failure preventing access, you must submit a refund request within 24 hours of purchase.

Exceptions & technical failures

Regardless of your plan, if you experience persistent technical issues that prevent you from using the service, or if you accidentally made a duplicate purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued at our discretion.

Statutory rights & digital content

Depending on your region, mandatory consumer laws may give you a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. However, by logging in and accessing our digital practice materials, you acknowledge that the service has begun and that your statutory right to withdraw may no longer apply.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, contact our support team at support@edgeprep.app with your account email and the order details from your purchase confirmation. We will review your request and process any eligible refund to your original payment method.

07Disclaimer of warranties

EdgePrep is provided "as is." While we work hard to keep our content accurate and our service reliable, we do not guarantee any particular exam result or admission outcome. Your performance depends on many factors beyond our platform.

08Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EdgePrep shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

09Termination

You may stop using EdgePrep and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, with notice where reasonably possible. On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

10Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any dispute arising from them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
